Sensational Facility Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires hands-on cleaning experience paired with strong leadership abilities to effectively manage our cleaning staff, oversee operations, and maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead daily cleaning operations, including staff scheduling and oversight.
● Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to ensure meeting company standards.
● Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement necessary details and
improvements.
● Step in to fulfill cleaning duties when required.
● Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
● Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
● Communicate with clients as necessary to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a commercial environment.
● Strong leadership and management skills, with prior experience supervising staff.
● Background in business operations, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Great customer service
● A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
