Reports To: Director of Program Management and Chief Product Technology Officer
Job Description
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: operations, finance, fraud & risk, compliance) to develop analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with leadership
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope or schedule, to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Effectively identify project risks and strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Compensation
$90,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Location
In-person in Las Vegas, NV, 89103: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Responsibilities
- Perform business requirements gathering and analysis and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Accountable for documenting and tracking progress on deliverables and milestone completion.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring they are clearly understood and effectively communicated.
- Develop functional requirements and system design documentation based on business requirements.
- Coordinate project activities with teams such as marketing, development, operations, customer support, to ensure goals and requirements are met.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Skills / Experience
- Three to five years of project management and business analysis experience for projects of varying sizes.
- Prior experience conducting discovery meetings, writing requirements, and building relationships
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, communication, attention to detail and time management skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict, and ability to influence teams without authority is required.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Bonus Skills / Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Management.
- Experience in Payments Management and/or Cashless Wagering systems.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Lucidchart and Figma.
